Free-form sculptures created with frit (ground glass) and swirls of glass, lightly fused, slumped, then assembled with more than one layer to create a vase-like structure.  

Pate de Verre (paste of glass):  a combination of finely ground glass and a liquid medium is used to create these glass paintings.  The process is like moving mud around on a glass canvas.  Those little particles of glass can be combined like paint to create blended colors.  It is an exciting venue.  The control I have in combining and placing the colors of glass is a powerful obsession -  one that is also quite humbling.
